In my match against someone i resigned because i had only  a kinG LEFT so my rating went down the right amount then when i went to my online chess it said it was my move against him as he had moved so my rating went down 2x the amont has this ever happened to you

I could definitely see how that could happen.  Maybe the person in charge of coding for chess.com, could take a look at this thread.

That's weird, never happened to me before. I've had little glitches were the games already supposed to have ended and it's gone over time a little bit, but still ended of course. But that's bad it's giving my opponent time to move in time before he time's out !

I think you just got REALLY unlucky, because your opponent made a move while you were resigning.

You should always resign before you make your move. (too bad it's not allowed in OTB)

That's very odd. I've never seen that, although I have seen what rich described with the time lag.
