Hello, any early refutation for black after

1 d4(or anything beside e4) d5,

2 c4 e6, follow by 3 f5 by black reaching the stonewall?

no theres isnt any refutation for that, you can even hold it off for a few more moves by throwing in c6 and bd6 and then f5, this avoids many lines which involve g4.

It is very little fun if you play the stonewall before white has commited his knight to c3. Because after Nd2 white can achief the ideal anti stonewall setup with Nd3 and Nf3 fairly easy. This gives white a small but lasting positional plus
