So i post a few puzzles here and there and they've averaged eh, I dunno 140-150 views some more some less. But the kinda of funny topic that was left open for interpretation has had 952 hits. Chess.com... is your demographic 15 yr old adolecent boys that laugh at every pun about intercourse? Is this what interests the average chess.com forum reader?

Statistics for human activity, interest and intelligence seem to be similar no matter where you go.

Ok, I'm gonna go play chess now.

it's the same anywhere you go in the world - online, offline, usa, international, man, women - childish, gross, or sexual content will always get more attention.

sad b.u.t.t. true.

(haha!)

Think of good thoughts, not of rating...The relation is inverse, because usually they are over majority's understanding and interest.

It proves that people are sexually unsatisfied, otherwise their curiousity wouldn't be brimming over such a post.  I admit, when I read it, I know the inuendo involved, but that goes that way with anything you are exposed to in society that involves things that are sexually alluding.  But we make a choice - did I choose to look at the game because of what the name was?  No - Cloyescapade is my friend, and I wanted to see the game she posted.

That one was chilish, but I still had a giggle.

Cloyescapade, be content that people have viewed your content and found it interesting and useful.  Quality not quantity is the name of the game!

Lots of people have composed very interesting, chess relevant topics and gotten less hits than yourself, but they still do it again anyway, that's for the love of the game, not the popularity contest.

Best of luck.

Me thinks that she knows this already - She seems to be above average intelligence.

I must say that even though wagrro's comment was childish it was funny.

is that an echo i detect on this site ?
...but come on folks, that's a tad unfair to describe a single post as both chilish and childish - and whilst one of my favourite pastimes is to chill ( especially if there are a couple o' cold ones at hand ), i will admit that i find it far more acceptable to be childish than adulterous

If you want a really big hit count - make sure your title includes "hot babes".

My profile has a picture of the sun setting over the Jefferson Memorial across the Tidal Basin as seen through a tree full of cherry blossoms. Total profile views: 315. Cloyescapade's profile has a picture of two females with the person-to-clothes ratio being highly advantageous. (Nice picture by the way, Cloyescapade. Phlebotomist, huh?) Total profile views: 1371.
