i played against someone really rude, how can i report him? i saw its profile and i saw others that ofended by him in the notes... i think those guys need to get punished for ruin the sport in chess... (sorry about my rough english)

You report abuse by posting your conversation in the forum and asking how to report abuse. Then people will be empathetic and tell you that you can't post conversations here.

I think my player may be using a chess engine in an online game (1 move/24hrs)...do moderators have a defense for this?  I checked his history and he is on a win streak...last 9 of 10 are wins but only 1780 rating although he is in several chess clubs. Humm,idk for sure. feels like playing a cpu because it seems like all I have done is defense. If there is a canidate for research of game history moves I would nominate this one.  Any guidence?

 Chess.com automatically detects these users. If he is using an engine he will get caught. If you want to investigate yourself you could check his moves against some different engines to see if they mostly match.

I think your opponent just played better. He was probably consulting databases which is perfectly ok for correspondence games (until 9th move, after which you deviated). I went that game quickly with houdini engine and did not see anything special. I really hope that before posting you've done some engine check yourself.

The automatic detection is exactly what i wanted to know....so thx for that. Also if I am honestly outplayed then thats what were all here for ...to learn and play better players...I believe I have reached a cap on my chess ability because the like rated players are solid (minus blunders of course)...kinda have gone further than I knew I could so I dont have alot of exposure to the different "engines" that are available and therefor could not have checked.  I do analize (a great feature available on the screen) about 8-10 moves ahead and really had some good zaps developing but the player skirted out of harms way a bit to expertly for the like rated response that I woud have predicted. And the 9th move is new knowlege to me, so thx for that.

Forgive me for a step on posting guidence, not the best reflection upon a new year!
