Hi... didn't know how to get the message to the person(s) in charge, but I would like to know if I can get my 24 hours/1 day of vacation time back.  We had a power outtage yesterday throughout the ENTIRE San Diego Co., thus I was unable to access the internet to make chess moves.

Please let me know if this is possible.. I hope it is, as I don't have much vacation time and would not like to lose the little I have for no fault of my own.

    Thank you for your consideration!

You'll have a better chance of having this seen by staff if you post it in the Help and Support forum.  Also, if you click the Help and Support link at the bottom of every page you'll go to a page that has another link on the bottom left for Contact Support where you can fill in a ticket with your issue.

However, my guess is that you won't get a day restored, as unexpected delays and cut-offs from Internet access are part of the purpose of vacaton and the automatic vacation feature, but good luck in your attempt.
