scotch game Qh4

i am an e5 player and the scotch game always gets me and I don't like Bc5 after 1.e4 e5

2.Nf3 Nc6

3.d4 exd4

4.Nxd4

I have seen some people play the more attacking Qh4 attacking the e4 pawn

but I don't know what to do next.Can you please give me the main line and the side lines for this opening?

Maybe Nxd4 then Qxd4, d6?
