Does anybody know how to play Shogi (Japanese Chess)? It seems to have some different rules then the chess we all play.

I know the rules of Shogi, but I definitely don't know how to play.

Takodori posted lots of stuff about shogi and there is a good list here;

Google (and wikipedia) is your friend if you want to learn the rules of Shogi. There's plenty of information out there about it.
I always bring one or two Shogi sets to the tournaments I run (Chess for Charity in Auburn Hills, Michigan). I can't promise anyone a challenging game, but if you're interested in finding at least one other Shogi player, and you live nearby, drop by. I would love to actually hold a tournament section in Shogi or other Chess variants, but interest does seem to be somewhat limited.
