Which books by IM Silman? There are more than two.

Reassess Your Chess / The Amateur's Mind / Complete Endgame Course / Guide to Chess Strategy.

I like his writing but for sure don't understand everything. Really, which bits don't you understand?

Wait until the 4th edition of Reassess Your Chess comes out. It's completely rewritten
