Swindled Win

I'm sure everyone knows the feeling. You've got a completely won game and the only way you can could mess up is to walk into a stalemate or blunder your queen...and you do just that!

An example of this is a 5 0 blitz game I played when exactly that happened. I'm up on the clock but completely lost and my opponent was down on  the clock but not in time trouble and my opponent just blunders the queen, when trying to figure out how to mate me in the corner with a queen, knight, and bishop. After that blunder, the game collapsed and my - 1 became a +1 (I had a mate in 1 at the end).

People make mistakes, but in the case of a decisive mistake with your opponent blundering, would you agree to a draw, or take the win? Would the courtesy be different based on time control? How about OTB vs. online? Should I be rewarded for my perseverence?
