If your tactics rating is lower than your game rating, then it means you must work on your tactics i.e. play more tactics trainer. Vice versa also true, if your tactics is higer than your game rating then practice strategy: Openings, endings, middlegame.
I have a 400 pt gap between the two. My tactical trainer rating is the lower one. Surprised to see some people have the opposite.
