So I am sitting on my bed playing my usual tactics trainer before I go to bed and I come accross this one.

The position looked SO familiar and I solved it rather quickly. Because it looked so familiar I looked at the source and found that the tactic was from one of my games a year ago located here.

So my question is how does your game get on tactics trainer, can we get notified, why do you pick it, and how long does it take?
