how do you confirm if a person is english? 

How do we know your'e from the states?  nbWe have to trust the member and see where he is from, see what flag he is playing under, but TRUST is very important!

what if you're an ex-pat?  

what if you're mum is english (scouser) but she tricked you by birthing you in california?

You should be pleased you were born in such a lovely place , I know where I would have prefered to be brought up!

im half english and half scottish, so only half of me can play -

i tried to join this lofty crew but they didn't believe that i was a brit...  i feel so betrayed by my people.  lucky for me the queen still loves me.

Even if you were believed to be English (for you must be English, not British!) you are required to be flying at least the flag of the UK.... otherwise, you obviously believe your loyalties lie in the US!
