I would like to thank you for the unfailing series of disconnection that has happened quite often in my games.

It's as if an unseen "god" is responsible for the frustration.

How can both players with perfect green connections get disconnected from a game we ask?

It is clear that the only answer to this problem lies in the hands of Chess.com as they have from the start admitted the fact that errr these things would happen.

If so is this kind of BS happening to subscribed individuals for as we see it nobody would pay 80 USD a year to suffer this inconvenience right?

I can almost feel the necessity on my part to pay this site as time and again their invite for me to upgrade is almost clearly shoved up my face (sic).

But how can one upgrade when the disconnections happens are we being sucked into a zugzwang situation by the administrators of this site?

Of they don't who does? What we meant to ask is do they the (premium members) get disconnected randomly as well? If so why do they suffer to pay at all eh?

Yes everyone get disconnected randomly. It happends to me now and then. Id doesnt matter if you are a paying member or not when it comes to live chess.

Ì have becomed a diamond member because of all the training tools, vacation time and unlimited game analysis. Not because of live chess.

The reason you get disconnected is because live chess is a beta-version. Disconnection happen very reraly to me, and i dont see it as big problem. I se a lot of new threads on this topic where people are crying about occasionally disconnections, and it starts to annoy me a bit. Why cant people understand that live chess still is a beta version, wich means that errors will occur and that it isnt perferct. We just have to be patient and wait for Erik`s crew to release the new version. I hope people got bigger concerns in their lifes than a disconnection now and then.

I have yet to experienced a disconnection!
