The more pieces you lose the drunker you get and the harder it is for you to play. Except for my brother, the opposite becomes true, the more he loses pieces the better his pins, forks, and checkmates get.

    Whoever vomits first, loses.

I think sacrificing pieces is a very bad idea in this :)

Sacrificing can be a good idea, because your opponent has to drink whatever they capture.  Sac a few pieces, then think for 10 minutes on your next move and let it kick in lol.

I still haven't gotten a chance to play this...

Should it be a surprise they have the board oriented wrong in the picture?

Your opponent has to drink whatever they capture, or you have to drink it?

I bought one of these to a friend of mine for his birthday. It didn't end well.

i guess it is something you decide with the person you're going to play.  But I've always played you drink what you take and if you win you drink what is left on the board so if you move on to another game the person who lost has a better shot of winning

I think Faries has a good point. The capturer, and winner has to drink more, it makes it more interesting.

Moving on to another game? No way!!! I don't wanna imagine what's gonna happen if someone wins with fool's mate or scholar's mate and then wants to play another match :))

I think if the loser drinks everything left, it would be a good punishment for him.

Haha, a fool's mate or something would be a good strategy if you're playing lengthy games. Do the 3-move-mates in the first few games, then go for lengthy games later.
