You cannot glean this from the Amazon ad, but the original work is 1968 and 1973. So, this is simply a new printing, perhaps with modern notation. Not that the fact that it's an old book might matter much. Vukovic wrote The Art of Attack in Chess (1975) as well ... and it is a good book.

Yes, I loved the Art of Attack. I was not familiar with this title, though.

I am familiar with Sam Sloan, though... I did not know the book was being republished through Ishi Press or I would have never posted that link. I personally will not send a single cent his way.
