The light dawns as the king's post positions himself alone in the middle upon the platform of the white e4.  Such a single, solitary 'semblance of opening power from the lesser of the gods; positioned with all eyes focused on the alternatives. Diagonally left and right the representative of the kingdom demands and commands the squares at the pinnacle.  In front, the primary pawn stares straightway down the column to the other king's front gate.  Oh, the options, the possibilities, the attention of that one small, seemingly insignificant player bringing light dawning upon a quiet field, soon to be cluttered, intertwined, forked, discovered, passed, by the brilliance of dancing warriors.
