People talk about high profile clashes and refer to it as "The Match of the Century." (Some will say Kasparov-Karpov, others Fischer-Spassky, etc. That's not the point.)
My question isn't about what game was the biggest game of the past, but this: If you had a team of leading Grandmasters (Anand, Topalov, Kamsky, Carlsen etc.) who had the task of making one move a day against the best computer that IBM (or anyone, frankly) could throw at them; who would win? Has silicon truly surpassed us, or would humanity still be able to hold it's own against cold calculation?
