the player stopped playing

hi, it´s a well known problem here at chess.com. A player stopped playing. In my case my opponent didn´t make any move at about 24 min on his clock. After 24 min I got the routine text you can see below. According to his profile he is doing this more than once. My question is, where are the mentioned limitations of his account ????????!!!!! To stop this fool !!!

sanjaysharma86 may have violated our fair-play guidelines - which was noted and may have limitations of his account result.

Is there any idea ?

thank´s to kaynight and alex-rodriguez, I appreciate your comments, eventhough I prefer to get an answer for my question. :-)

People who disconnect after a few offences get shoved into a separate group with other players who do the same thing, so they can all disconnect on each other and the rest of us don't have to put up with them.

These ignoramuses learn quick here at chess.com that the stuff you get written is computer generated and it falls on deaf ears. They dont care because chess.com doesnt care.  It is supposed to make the FOOLS that pay to be here, think that some one cares.

By the way you will learn to ignore kaynight. Right kay!!

Just you move....on with your life.

An you call obsessively responding to every thread on chess.com with the same general response having a life????

1. Kaynight is an angry homebound invalid, she responds to all of these posts. She is never helpful. She is a loser, ignore her. She is not, however, dumb enough to think that "cowardry" is a word. I'll give her that much.

2. The reason why these people abandon games and disconnect is because people, in general, are horrible and evil.

Reason 2 is just being either sarcastic or very pessimistic.

Reason 1 is sane and exactly right.

That's a nice solution.
