I would like to recommend you Toronto City Chess Club/ 464 Sherbourne Street/ because it is located in Wellesley restaurant. There if you cannot play chess you will be able to have dinner.It is very important but in my point of view you have to steal a lot of puppies to go there.
The second place where it is possible to play chess is Kingsview Chess Club .Maybe there are other clubs ,too.
