Can you guess what it is?  First person to do so wins a prize!  It has no mistakes or blunders!  By white-black had a few.

Was it Qb3 instead of cxd5?

no, Qb3 is good.  Hint-it looks like a harmless move.

5 e3, perhaps, because it weakens dark squares on qside? At very least, it gives Black e4 - the N could jump in immediately. Maybe 5 ...Ne4 and, after 6 Nd2 (Nb3?!), Qa4. Probably Black has better than that:)

how are the queenside darksquares weakened?  e3 strengthens the center so they can't be attacked.

mprhchess, You're going to have to define your term "mistake" a little more clearly. I'd argue that 10. Rfd1 was weak in that it concedes the bishop pair to black, which is exactly what happened. Then black went on to play some horrible pawn pushes until he was completely lost.

This is from chess.com computer analysis-it only found 1 inacuraccy.

the chess.com computer analysis probably didn't find every single mistake. also some people are better with some pieces than other pieces. So if i like bishops trading it for a knight may not be a good idea. The computer doesn't know that.

I'd be cautious about using chess.com analysis... Frankly I dont know why they bother with it, apparently its a major drain on reasources and secoundly the job can be done both faster and better by simply downloading a GUI with Rybka.

In anycase, as for the "inaccuracy", I'd say 11...e6 is a mistake. I think Black has several possibilities: Bg4, Bf4, Be6, Qb6

I'll give you a quick look at Be6 since it seem the most interesting (if a little counter-inutitive)

    Be6...

    {a}...(Be6) Qb6 Qxb6 axb6 e5 Bg4 ...

    {b}...(Be6) Qe2 Bg4

    {c}...(Be6) Qd3 Nh5!? d5 Bf5...

    {c1}  (Bf5) e4? Nxf4 Qe3 Bh6! dxc6 Qxd1 Rxd1 Nh3+ gxh3 Bxe3 exf5 Bb6 cxb7 Rab8
    {c2}  (Bf5) Ne4?? cxd5
    {c3}  (Bf5) Qd2 Nxf4 exf4 c5?!

In all these variations, I think black ends up doing ok.

I had a game with only one inaccuracy once.  Of course, it had five mistakes and a blunder, but only one inaccuracy.

    Yes it should have been 1. e4 e5 2. Ke2

Perhaps 4. Bf4 is the inaccuracy?

From a brief look, I'd guess the inaccuracy is either at 17. Be5 or at 20. gxf3

But then again, I basically forgot how to play chess - so don't trust me to determine inaccuracies.

Got an odd feeling it's 13.Bg3, perhaps it should have been Bg5?  My other guesses would be 16.Qc5 and 9.O-O.  Last one was half-joking Tongue out.

If it's somehow 9.O-O, don't bother with the prize, the hint led me to seek out the most harmless move, and the most harmless move would probably be castling.

    After 8... O-O, why not Bxf7+, then if Rxf7, Ng5?

Seems to me this wins at least a pawn...?

Guess the inaccuracy.  I like this type of puzzle.

    I will guess 10. Rfd1.

What about 21. ... a5.  It loses tempo in a game where whoever owns the g file pretty much owns the game?
