Greetings all. Im new to the site but not really a beginner as I have player chess for a while but either due to often beating up weaker opponents or my own lack of discipline I tend to miss my opponents attacks and succumb to players who I feel I am better than. So I ask what is the thought process behind the moves that you would make during a game.
I am quite a systematic thinker and any sort of routine would do me wonders. I would love to hear any imput.

First advice I can give you is do not post with font size 2, there are some old people here.
No.2 Play the board, not rating of your opp, and play as every move your opp make is the best move there is. Take nothing for granted.
