i have noticed that there are alot of players who only play live chess. this is do not have a problem with. but there are alot of them have an online of 1200 because the have never played turn-based

this effect how accurate the graphs are on this site

 

can something be done?????????????

Good point and a strong argument for why players should start as "ungraded" until they have played a certain number of games.

I have two ratings one for live chess, one for turn based chess.  There is a huge difference between the two ratings.

yes jedi but for those who strictly play live they stil effect the turn based graphs

 

also why dont newcomers have provisional ratings?
