Best Advice I can give: Practice. Good Luck with your games.

Play a lot, at the slowest time controls you can, and save the games and go over them later. Look for your mistakes and try to figure out not only what would have been better, but why you made the weak moves. What did you see, or think you saw? Why was your decision wrong?
Everyone makes mistakes in chess, all the time. Winning chess is about not making the same mistakes all the time. Understand why you made a particular mistake, and you've taken a big step towards avoiding making that mistake again.
