This group will always have 21 members in it: 20 plus me.  Top rated players will be invited lots, but there will never be more than 20 players in the group.  There is lots of competition for places: if there are 20 people with higher ratings than you in the group, then you will be deleted. So having a position in the group is a position of honour!
