Just noticed in the last few days thatheir contribution  the forums postings are shrinking, perhaps too many iterative subjects flogged to death.

I propose to open a variety of topics under the general subjects category so as to explicitely invite people to the various possible and specific likening for topic discussion, examples of sub-categories could be:

1.Philosophy and the true application in your life.

2. Zen, meditation and other mediums of relaxation.

3. The contradiction in the universe theory.

4. What is your connection to other people?

5. On the origin of species, where are we from and where are we going?

6. Cosmology, what is our human race place in the universe and where are we heading?

7. Maths and the ultimate proof.

8. The next best automobile features.

9. Best system for efficient heating, A/C and heat recovery system.

10. Healthy foods.

11. Chess future.

12. Riddles.

13. Music selection and the ectasy of listening.

14. Good nutrition.

15. Alternative medecines. And so on forever.

There is a site in the USA that has a plethora of subjects or topics discussion and all are informative, it is: about.com, please visit to view topics offered and the content.

My intervention here is 2 fold:

1. Open several topics discussion under the general chess discussion category or alternatively list the different topics that can be discussed, thus generating ideas for members as truly in the last few days forums new topics have been lacking.

Your move, what would you like to see?

There are tons of ideas for great forums and you listed quite a few! Someone just has to start em up and get em rolling ;)

and I'm sure the quality of forums/quantity has dropped as of late due to a certain couple people's incendiary posts and all the responses they get from people wasting their time on them...........(like me)

Please refer to the link below to post your comments. It is the same topic really I posted twice as I did not see my post validated the first time I submitted.
