i really want to creat a tornament, but i don't get the format part. What does each part mean       6(2)->1 <---(example)

•   the six. Does that mean how much games you are playing?
• The two. Does that mean how much games you have to
• the one. (no idea)

6 people per group, 2 games with each opposite colors white/black, one person advances per group

Well, I believe it may be...

6 = each group has 6 players

2 = there will be two games per opponent

1 = one player will move on per round

Note: I could be dead wrong, but it makes sense to me.

I like 6(2)->6 tournaments...no one goes home in tears (cause no one goes home).
