i currently have one tournement going and i tried to join another and it said you must have a timeout ratio lower than 10% to play in this tourment. What does that mean?
This means that you've played an online game and forgot to move; therfore, you lost for being timed out and not for finishing play. But, don't worry, just increase your online games and the percentage will begin to go down. *Remember to finish your games*

Premium members can bypass the 10% timeout requirement while 15% or under. Create a tournament. Change the default 10% to your timeout percentage.
