Why rating changes of chess player with other opened chess games is affecting rating changes of it's opponents in this games?

E.g.  (Unactual Ratings) My games with RetGuvvie98(1784) and Angelico937(1230). I started both games with some 1250 rating. I won with RetGuvvie and raised to 1661 and then lost to Angelico and harshly fell to 1200, because i lost at 1661, and Angelico amazingly raised because of my changed rating...isn't that little unfair?

The rating system here at Chess.com take into account the uncertainty of your and your opponents rating, when calculating the amount of points that you earn. You will find that as you play more games, your rating will also become more stable.

The system is build on statestics and I believe it is very fair.

If you are good at maths, look at the formula. If you are not good at maths, I wounldn't worry about it.

Aren't you the guy who posts "easy" on all the tactical trainer problems?  Very annoying.

I actually think the ratings system does need to be adjusted slightly.  The RD should be altered to suit the type of Chess we are playing, rather than trying to mimic OTB play. Cool

Play enough games and there will be an equal number of games where the reverse is true. Your opponents having a higher rating than at the start.
