I think it would be good if some of us would play unrated coaching games with fellow group members who are lower or higher rated (a couple hundred points different, at least).

I've found this to be instructive, both on the coaching and the being-coached side.  If you'd like to participate, why not challenge someone with the title, "Unrated Coaching Game?"

Don't forget to make it unrated, either!

Yeah, I meant it for one of my groups.  But then, I thought, it's good advice for any group.

maybe for the lower level or low points can play the unrated game so they can practice without the coaching or teaching by the others
