How do you use Chessbase to take a database of games and create a tactical problem set out of it?

Go to the Chessbase site and search the archives, I'm sure Steve Lopez did an article on how to do this.  If I remember right you filter twice, once for material change and then for the weaker side winning within a certain # of moves.  But it was long ago, I don't recall the details.
