Maybe because I started with postal chess, stamps, cards, games taking years, I have patience with most games here.  If I don't get overcommitted at ICCF I will work at the games here til the end, whatever it may be (and a draw is a legitimate end).  I find I win a lot of games I should lose simply because I'm willing to play the game. I just won two I should have lost.  My opponents get bored, tired whatever and either resign or forfiet the games.  Now I suddenly have extra game and rating points.  Just reminds me this is a casual chess site.
