I was geatly amused when at the very end, as the two chessplayers are riding off, the Rifleman's son Mark says, "Golly Pa, I'd sure like to do that!"
"Play chess?" Pa asks.
"No," Mark replies.
I also noted that in 1880 they somehow got ahold of one of those Renaissance sets from the distant future.
