I guess if there's an issue that comes up we'll just have to deal with it on an ad-hoc basis. Hopefully the members under 1500 will "keep the bastards honest" anyway ... erm... sorry, that's an expression that may only be recognised in Australia? It means to keep the players that might violate the concept of this in check.
