Hey guys, I would appreciate some help to improve my gaming skills and bring my rating up to 1300..I know I am a very weak player but I've been trying to improve watching some youtube videos and going through the master's games has helped me a lot...The Matojelic http://www.youtube.com/user/MatoJelic and Thechessnetwork http://www.youtube.com/user/ChessNetwork Channels are my favorites...
If any of you could give me an advice or some youtube links that would help me out I would really appreciate it!!
At that level it'd probably be enough to understand opening principles and do a lot of tactic exercises.
I would recommend solving as many tactics as possible on chess.com or chesstempo. Also, analysis of your own games by stronger players will allow for your weaknesses to be corrected if you can find such an individual.
