What is the earliest ever recorded chess game?

Just wondering....I tried searching in google but no luck.....

for the date (1475).  Since this is a work of fiction, this may not be a "real" game.  There is  a recorded game from 1490 mentioned at

it's strange to see that even in older games they have modern thinking (although this one is probabley a bad example) a good one is Giocuiano Greco (not sure of spelling sorry) vs unknown roman where U.R opens with a queenside fianchetto.

The earliest game between Castellvi and Vinoles may have been a fictional game in 1490.  The next known recorded game (1560) is between Ruy Lopez de Segura and Giovanni Leonardo di Bona. Ruy Lopez (pronounced Lo-peth) was a Spanish priest who came to Rome in 1559 for the accession of Pope Pius IV.  Batgirl may have more info.
