you mean, if less than four moves have been made and my oppenent's time ran out, i still get the win? but the ratings will still be the same?

oo pre ganun nga un. pero wag mong hayaan na maubos oras mo or else hindi ka na nila ulet lalabanan. wag ka din magaabort ng game  o magvacation pag natatalo. madame d2 ganun ang gawain.

in english: "if you abort the game and it is in favor of your opponent, what will happen? does the rating will be the same? what?"
