what will happen if the days left run out?

umm, i need your help.. i'm a newbie here..

If your days run out you lose, if your opponents days run out he loses.

If less than 4 moves have been made in the game, no change to ratings happen to either side, but will be reflected under "timed-out" stats and if you have many of them ppl won't play against you. So don't let your time run out.

you mean, if less than four moves have been made and my oppenent's time ran out, i still get the win? but the ratings will still be the same?

in english: "if you abort the game and it is in favor of your opponent, what will happen? does the rating will be the same? what?"
