along with just a king, who would you take to battle:
-queen
-two rooks
-rook, knight/bishop, pawn
-two bishops, one knight or two knights, one bishop
-eight pawns and ur mom
-or really any other combination of pieces whose value adds to nine
now, besides the two rooks, what combo of value nine would you rather face wit ur army
yes i realize that starting with an equal worth of pieces is what the game starts at however in this imaginary endgame it's ur choice so don't gimme lip.
of note, ur moms worth one fyi.
thanks for straightening that out, i'd never have known.
"now, besides the two rooks, what combo of value nine would you rather face wit ur army"
i thought writing that in the post would avoid annoying responses, i was wrong.
how did i know you were gonna respond with that. oh, i know, i just thought of the most anal response possible and whata ya know.
so let me be *expletive* clear, apart from two rooks VALUE 10 choose ur army of value 9 to fight for and against you.
i also said in the post not to give me lip.
If it was the king and 9 Point Vs. King, then the Queen, cause it would be a much faster and easier way to win. But you said to fight along with the king so I don't know what the opponant might have, but if the opponant also has pieaces, then I would the BBN combo I would select...
I'd prefer going into battle with 9 queens. That makes for some powerful coordinated attacks.
maybe they should make "conditional posts" for these sorts of situations.
i think it would be fun to play 8 pawns and my mom vs. two bishops and three pawns. probably a hard win, but it would be so unusual it would be fun.
Your mom is worth one point? Don't tell her that.
my mom would be the ringer. i didn't give her just one point, i just found a loophole. (think i am safe if she reads this?)
