Why do you want to play if you lose interest?

All of those things you mention sound reasonable, but just lighten up a bit about it. Maybe set weeky goals instead of thinking you need to follow some repetitive routine. Maybe something like playing 10 games and thoroughly analyzing them, studying a new endgame for 2 hours and sharpening up 2 openings. Keeping it a bit more loose could be the way to go. And feel free to change it whenever, it doesn't have to be set in concrete.

If you're not having fun stop. Take a break or something.

I think it's best to learn stuff one at a time. Learning some Sicilian theory and rook endgames at the same time is just hard and probably not much fun. I think you should focus on one part of your game like tactics for a while.

You have to practice what you learn before moving on. Reading about it is not enough.
