Settle down.  You're distracting them from actually fixing the issue -- they've already acknowledged your request in another thread, give them a chance to fix it.

Have you tried installing Firefox in the mean time?

I spent several hours looking for every site activities & all now is running in a proper way & i already sent a thanks message at my topic " erik...Help...!!!" for all site staff organizers & once again....congratulations for all chess.com staff which fixed all problems in a very short time specially "jay".

THIS SITE IS MY SECOND HOME & IT'S NOT SURPRISE TO BE THE # 1Kiss♥♥♥♥♥
