Your thoughts on which Nation produces the best Chess players ?

China is the only country that I know of that is actively "producing" chess players. The Chinese government is working hard to select, train, and support talented chess players. And it has shown fruit in the rise of the skill level among Chinese players.

Does anyone know of other countries where the government is actively selecting, training, and supporting chess players.

Russia are currently the best in the world, then India

1st is Armenia !

From my experience, the best players are from the Philipines. India is good too.

India is Great but i have to admit that Russia is certainly better.

Also US also has nice players o the lineup now.
