why points not lost?

I odnt get if someone agrees to play you and they do not make a move  in the time limit and they do not abort the game they should lose points----------there should be some punishment or fine with points being lost.  It is not that hard to abort a game. What is the point of having the clock run down?

If they abort too often, they lose the ability to pick opponents.

I always abort against non-rated players , dont see the point.  Still if the clock runs out you lost -should lose points

Why do you  click on  unrated seeks if you don't want to play them? (They show up as little hollow circles on the seek graph.)

If you set up a normal seek, you shouldn't end up with unrated players.

I never play unrated and this guy was rated sat there three  days and the clock ran out-------he should lose points, he lost on time.
