Hello everyone. I tried to locate an article about this issue, but was unable to come up with one in my searches. If this has been covered elsewhere, I apologize ahead of time.
I noted in the option that allows you to insert diagrams (into posts, blogs, etc.) that there is mention of being able to adjust the size of the board as well as being able to decide which side of the page you want the diagram on. My issue is, I do not see anyplace where I can adjust this at. I can pick the look of the board, and the chessmen, but I see no other options besides these. Am I missing something here? Any feedback would be appreciated. Thank you for your time.
Cordially,
William

What happens when you click on the INSERT POSITION OR GAME (the one that looks like a chessboard) button? It should open the Chess Diagram Wizard.
The 1st screen ('What would you like to create or insert?') offers : Diagram | Game or sequence of moves | Puzzle, problem or challenge to be solved.
The 2nd screen (if you take the Diagram path ('Starting point') offers: Blank board | FEN string | PGN file.
The 3rd screen offers 4 tabs: Board Editor | Game Details | Design | Preview
Are you seeing this?
If you search Help for Editor, you'll get this link ...
How do I use the Analysis Board & Editor?

well, art explained most of it, but if you only wanted to know how to change the board size and its placement, it is under design tab
On the right side, you have an options: board size, align/float, board coordinates.
Sometimes it's hard to see the wood for the trees. Well homed in.
Thank you very much for the suggestions. I was able to pull up the adjustments in the diagram option and the puzzle, problem option; but I still seem to be missing these options in the game or sequence of moves options. Is this something that you are seeing as well, or is there something wrong on my end? Thank you for your patience.
Interesting, I can't find these options in the "sequence of moves" diagram as well, and if I think of it, all the boards posted on chess.com(am much as I have seen) are indeed of a same size
If you don't mind a question, is it really so important for you?
I thought that the diagram itself is enough, OK modify the pieces layout, board colour, do you really need to change the size?
Well, it could be a mess, if people would start to post gigantic boards, who knows.
Ah, good to know that it wasn't just me, thank you for the response. No, I will be able to work with the tools given to me. I was just curious about the situation is all.
