If you're less than 3 or 4 moves deep and let the game time out it used to autoabort. Of course 3 OR 4 is kind of a big detail and I forget which and don't know if it's even still current policy. It was buried somewhere in the Help & Support articles but now I can't find it. Maybe someone else can. Good luck. Oh and you can always resign and just block the guy. Sometimes it's easier just to walk away from an annoying situation.

I will lose rating if I resign :(
Hi, I am a regular player of chess.com. In Daily Chess(1 Day/Move) I am playing against an opponent who always puts himself "On Vacation". It is okay if you use this for once. But he does this after every move. So he takes 4-5 days for each move. But now I really don't want to play this game. I offered him draw but he didn't accept. Now is there anyway I can abort this game?
