My opponent adjourned the game as he was defeated and mate was inevitable...how do i un-adjourn the game, or is that a technical way to avoid defeat, a bug in the system?

We now have a new adjudication system so that disconnected games are not automatically forfeited. However, if the opponent disconnects intentionally from a lost position then the game should be adjudicated in favor of a win for you if the opponent refuses to resume the game.
