Upgrade to Chess.com Premium!

After upgrade I am not able to play tournaments

    Hi,

    I upgraded my account to gold for a month and then after payment was made, I cancelled the premium so that at the end of the month I am not billed again. Now when I try to play a tounament, it says I have to upgrade my account. However the policy says that my account will remain premium till the end of paid period.

    Please help
