I'm just going to say that this little thing is something that annoys me.  It doesn't really effect my enjoyment of the site or anything, but it is one of those little things that just keeps annyoing me to no end. 

I am a programmer and this is actually one of those things that I might have in code that I would go ahead and release because it doesn't effect the true purpose of the code but it is something that would just keep at me and it is something that I would try and figure out when I got the chance.  Of course there are times that I might never get it figured out or never get a chance to work on it since it is good enough and I'm off to other projects.

Also this is one of those things that I might be looking at software that I wrote and there it is and I'll ask the users and they say; "Yeah it's been like that since we got the software and we just ignore it."  What?!  Doesn't bother them in the least.

So with that rambling explanation here is what is annoying me.  I am constantly getting a new comment called

Team Mexico vs Welsh Chess.com

There are new comments on this game.  It's been over for months and it just never goes away.  Or I can't get it to go away.  I've clicked on it about 100 times and that usually does it.  Anyway I just thought I'd bring it up, cause it is like an itch I can't get to to scratch.

Have you unticked the track comments button down the page?

Actually that option is not even available on that page.  Not like it is on this site.  Anyway isn't that for tracking "new" comments.  That's they way it generally works.  This one never has new comments, it just never goes away.

then try untick the COMMENTS: new comments on any of my content or content I am tracking box at http://www.chess.com/home/alerts.html

How about this "Do you know your credit score?" ad at the bottom of my page? Most annoying is that it's probably close to my chess rating
