if you want your rating to inflate play your rating group, if you want to learn, play higher rated people :)

Just keep on with your challenges and help you are asking for will be there for you.  Try 'Let's Play!' and many will respond for sure...

Reframe from the 4 knights opening. Those games tend to be dull and boring and do not really encourage the development of tactics but slow piece play. Basically those games are boring and don't usually better your tactical game

You will only get better by playing players that are better than you

 You can play a few unrated games with better ranked players. How about finding a mentor?
