a couple of months ago, my chess.com\mobile program stopped working on my phone. It would always time out when sending a move and would tell me that there is a connection problem, so I tried to download a new chess.com client from chess.com.
no go.. it times out. I figured that's ok, i need to lay off the mobile ches for a while anyway.. perhaps they will fix it.
2 months later, still no successI I have Sprint, so I called them, and after a long tech support call and they confirmed that they are not blocking the site or the download link.
I tried downloading on my wife's phone (sprint also) with no success.
anyone know how to fix this?
What kind of phone/OS are you running? I have a Samsung Intredpid on Sprint running Windows Mobile and it works on mine.
mine's a Samsung MPH-520. It just stopped working one day. Tried to re-download but the link always times out.
Sprint says they aren't doing any blocking.
And you are sure you haven't changed any phone settings with regards to internet connection - anyways try looking for a setting on your phone that may allow internet connection for applications
