i never wished to join the knock out tournment. but i was automatically included with out my consent. since im busy for this mth i wih drew........ ratings not affected but no: games lost added under my belt. not convencing. i rate this move made by chess.com as worst experience.

nobody is registered automatically. the only way to get included is to click JOIN TOURNAMENT. i'm sorry if you didn't want to participate but i assure you the only way you were registered was through your own accord. if you are 100% sure that  you didn't do it, then perhaps somebody in your family was playing around on your account or something. but we don't enroll people in tournaments :)

sri; Erik is correct.   There is probably a simple explanation hiding in the cracks somewhere...LOL  Don't let this become a problem...Ralke at cot is asking about you wondering why we havent heard from you in 5 days.  See ya soon pal...

This is causing some confusion I think, I dont think this is a chess.com tourny, it is a COT in group tourny my friend, I will send you a message when I am sure.
