Is it possible to have a personal 'banned' list of players you don't want to play?

You see, I keep trying to put out an open-seek and it is immediately jumped on by a player I've had enough of.

It says: "Blocked members will be unable to post on your Notes section or send you Messages."

I don't think it'll unable a player to jump on your games. A nother question is if the player will be notified about you blocking him. Maybe you'll find an answer in the FAQ.
